Q1---- What forms of payment do you accept?
---- We accept credit cards and PayPal temporarily.

SHIPPING&TRACKING

Q2---- How long does shipping take?

---- We expect most orders to be processed within 3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Rest assured, we’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping: Our standard shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-10 business days.

International Shipping: Depending on the location selected, international shipping typically takes up to 7-20 days to arrive.

Q3---- My tracking number isn't working!

---- Don't worry! All packages take up to 24 hours to update as the carrier needs to receive the package and update it within their system after it's picked up from our warehouse, so it's likely your package will update by the end of the day.

If there's any issues after 48 hours please turn to us and we'll look into the situation.

RETURNS&REFUNDS

Q4---- What items are returnable?
  • Within 30 days of order date.
  • In original condition: resell-able
  • Unused or undamaged.
  • In the original packing

Q5---- What if my order arrived damaged?

---- We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible. However on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email at support@olspag.comwith the following:

Photos of the packaging and goods if possible

Quantity of broken as well as the order number (ex. #1234) and we'll send a replacement ASAP.

Please ask for a refund or a replacement If you feel your goods have a manufacturer defect, please follow the steps above so we can solve your issue as quickly as possible.

Q6---- How can I return or exchange my order?
---- If the order hasn't been sent out. Just contact us at support@olspag.com , provide your order number and what you need actually.

Q7---- Can I cancel my order ?
Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:
1. Canceling an Unpaid Order: An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 1 day.
2. Canceling a Paid Order: If you haven't received the shipping notification email, you can Contact Us within 24 hours to cancel the order.
Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive. You may either keep it or return it for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package may be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
